Hello! Welcome to our blog site. We are Bodge Tape Adventures. Just four mates on adventure bikes. We’ve been riding motorbikes in various capacities for several years, from commuting to work, green laning, riding around the UK and Europe or just popping to the cafe on a Sunday morning. However, a few years ago we decided that we wanted to push our limits, step outside of our comfort zone and explore further afield. We also thought documenting our adventures on Go-Pro’s and blogging about it might be fun and if that entertains a few people along the way, then all the better! During the first big trip I made with the BC panniers I found a couple of the features extremely useful, these were the external pocket on the rear of the panniers and the beaver tail on the outer of each pannier. we now had a dead bike to try and bump start. With all the luggage removed, at the top of the gentle slope and three of us behind it, while Whitey held it in gear with the clutch engaged, we tried in vain to get the thing to go. We put it down to not enough momentum. The next idea was to try and tow it. We all had the Mosko Moto kit and the luggage straps with it are supposed to double as a tow rope. We got to work connecting 3 or 4 of them together and then tried various methods to pull Whitey.
